Camille Oster

COO & Client Director

Camille has thirteen years' experience in global corporate communications, public relations and operations across technology, start-ups and financial services. Most recently she led PR for metaverse and Web3 company Improbable, and before that led Edelman's startup team in the UK, devising media relations strategies for startups, scaleups and SMBs across SaaS, HRtech, consumer tech, fintech, healthtech and agritech, for clients such as Lilium, Kraken, Exscientia, Connecterra, Wrisk and Elastic.

Prior to this she was deputy head of the financial services and corporate communications team at Hume Brophy, working with large financial institutions and industry associations, and led press office operations for the UK market entry of two of China's fastest growing companies, Mobike and JD.com. A dual French-British citizen, she has worked with English, North American, German, French and Spanish media. At MVPR she turns traditional PR services into processes and then into products, and oversees operations across client onboarding and marketing, with additional responsibility for HR and legal.

Laura Morrissey

Laura has over ten years' experience in strategic communications, in leading agencies and in-house. She was Senior Manager for external communications and part of the award-winning corporate affairs team at FTSE 250 Mitie, the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company. Previously she worked at agencies including Lansons, W Communications and Hume Brophy.

Her work has spanned technology, financial and professional services, health, energy and FMCG across the UK, Europe, Asia and the US. Former clients include WeWork, Cera, Octopus Investments, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, Isio, JBS, Utility Warehouse and Cayman Finance. She brings a track record of developing and leading campaigns that support commercial objectives and build credibility, from profile raising for emerging brands to shaping advocacy initiatives and protecting reputations under pressure.

Believing that PR should be neither reactive, siloed nor hard to measure, Laura's focus is on impactful storytelling and targeted media and stakeholder engagement that reaches and influences the audiences that matter most.

For the last ten years Tom has worked in PR raising the profile of seed to post-IPO startups globally. He has led campaigns for startups, SMEs and large corporates including Microsoft, PlayStation, Circ (acquired by Bird), Polymateria, Babylon Health and Western Digital. Most recently he helped create Edelman's offering for startups in Germany, working with a number of high-profile companies to raise their profile internationally.

Frustrated by the lack of data and transparency in the PR industry, and after managing the process behind thousands of interactions with journalists, Tom founded MVPR in 2021 to build software capable of automating PR processes and to give marketing teams access to senior PR professionals supported by AI-enabled software, at a fraction of the cost of an agency.
